Sore

I have really really sore legs. Even though I worked on abs today, my legs are killing me. I'm still not up to a full work out, but I am pleased that I am pushing myself to do something each day.

Jello Legs

Another day another work out. Go me! My legs feel like jello. I am going to have to switch DVDs tomorrow I can't do 30 Day Shred again or my legs will be too sore. I still didn't get all the way through, I just don't feel strong enough yet but I got further along than yesterday and worked up a nice sweat.

Hard getting started so lets not stop

The last week has  been a little difficult with the way I have been feeling. I started my 90 day challenge on Wednesday January 28, 2015.
Yesterday I got in 2 minutes of marching in place. It doesn't seem like a lot but with how sore my body was it was a nice starting point.
This morning I said I would do more and I did. I was able to do 10 minutes of Jillian Michele's 30 day shred without feeling like my body was twisted in knots again.
For just 10 minutes I worked up a sweat.

Tomorrow I will try for a little more time and build up to the full DVD.

not the day I thought I would have but....

I thought I would get out of the house today however Alexander didn't want to wake up this morning, which means only one thing, he's sick again.

While he slept I cleaned out two boxes of junk, cleaned off the table, washed the dishes and put them away, changed the sheets, made a few phone calls and WORKED OUT!

I am not as good as I was when I was working out all the time, but slowly I will get there again. I know the best way for me to lose weight is to exercise.

I rewarded myself by working on the Ghostbusters painting for our wall, but after I took care of Alexander, of course.

Diving in!

I got in a work out last week and one today.

I am really excited to be working with my new doctor, Dr. Li. I am going to miss Dr. Ransom so much. He got me through the last 3 years. Just sitting here thinking about what to type makes me cry. I miss you Dr. Ransom!!

Now on to Dr. Li. She has a ton of different stuff in her office that I might try down the road. But today I am pleased with myself to be back on the right track.  I need to stay focused on myself and stay away from the people who trigger the negative emotions within me.
