Day 36 - no workout due to grieving

I just didn't have enough energy no matter how much I tried to give myself a pep talk. Even Anthony said to me tonight "Mommy you didn't work out". All I could do after the funeral today was come home and lay down.

I don't even have the energy to say anything else.
